Our environmental health specialist II is Justin Sayre.

Justin works with Sullivan, Linn, and Mercer Counties. 

Environmental health services are offered in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Health. 

Our environmental public health specialist inspects:

• Public eating establishments
• School cafeterias
• Lodging establishments
• Day care centers

Our environmental public health specialist investigates:

• Environmental health complaints
• Communicable diseases
• Specimens for rabies testing

Our environmental public health specialist also:

• Tests private water sources
• Gives advice concerning safe water and sewage disposal systems for private homes
